Safdarjung Tomb is located in New Delhi, India. It is a notable monument from the Mughal era. It was built to honor Nawab Safdarjung, who served as the prime minister (Vazier) under Mughal Emperor Muhammad Shah in the 18th century.

The construction of the tomb started in 1753 and was completed in 1754, following Nawab Safdarjung’s death. It was commissioned by his son, Shuja-ud-Daula, as a tribute to his father. The tomb’s architectural style is a blend of Mughal and Persian influences, featuring a char bagh—a traditional Mughal garden divided into four parts—creating a grand and symmetrical look.
